Focusens MZ6 series PTC Thermistor are mainly used to monitor the temperature of electric motor winding, it is installated into the windings of motors or transformers, when temperature reaching critical points around the designed response temperature point, resistance of the MZ6 PTC thermistor will changes dramatically thus trigger loading current change and shut down the circuit to make a protection from overheated. MZ6 PTC motor protector temperature range from 60 to 190°C. PTC thermistor beads with different rated response temperatures can be connected in a required series number.
